As a backpacking pro, I&#039;m sure you are the ultimate practitioner of light backpacking. You don&#039;t need much, that&#039;s for sure. I tend to bring pasta (linguini or capellini), for dinner which requires a fork. On the other hand, on my most recent trip I used orchietta (little pigs ears) which are perfect for the spoon and much less messy.
