Hello there..
I got linked to your site while searching around for a nice GPS… Some how i think it came up in Google..Anyway.. I bookmarked your site pretty quickly as i am very very interested in hiking, outdoor activities, and survivalist ways of life.. Reading about your adventures and advices always brings back the feelings i get while hiking out alone in the wilderness.. I recently got back from a Utah/Nevada trip and you can see my poor attempt at a video documentary at my site.. In the real world, i am a budding classical guitarist..
So what’s missing? I’m not sure… I like reading and i always find that i want to read more detail about your trips… Or maybe, you can use images of googlemaps and draw your route on it to give others an idea of places to go and things to see on that particular route.. I think otherwise, you’re doing a great job, and thank you for the effort you put into this.

Like yourself I started backpacking late in life, about three years ago. I visit your site to see where you go, learn tips on how to pack lighter and learn more about gear. I’m new to blogging, since March I have been learning and building my own. So yours is one I enjoy visiting. What is missing? Since I’m fairly new, it is hard for me to say. Congrats on your 100th and I look foreword to the next 100.

I love backpacking, I like to go as light as I can, and you do a good job talking about those things.
