It's less than 3 pounds and a very simple design. The peak is in the middle, as is the door, so that it's a simple sit down into the tent, right in the highest point. Sitting up out of the sleeping bag also puts you right in the peak, with enough room for me to sit up (I'm 5' 9-1/2"). A simple thing, but surprisingly pleasing.
